Privacy
This site collects the minimum: what you write in the form, and a cookieless count of visits.
Personal data
Information submitted through the forms (name, email address, company, project description) is used to answer your request. If you ask for the e-invoicing checklist, your address is also used to send you an occasional email about the reform; a simple reply, or the unsubscribe link in every email, is enough to stop them. It is delivered through the Web3Forms service. The addresses of people who asked for the checklist are then kept in the Brevo email service (Brevo SAS, 17 rue de Salneuve, 75017 Paris, France) until they unsubscribe. They are never sold or passed on to third parties. Separately, a business address published on a company’s website may be used to offer that company a service related to its activity, on the basis of legitimate interest: the message states where the address came from, a simple reply is enough to stop any further contact, and such addresses are deleted at the latest three years after the last exchange. Under the GDPR you may access, correct or delete your data: write to [email protected].
Cookies and audience measurement
This site uses cookieless audience measurement that collects no personal data — it counts page views and referring sites, never identifying a visitor, and under the French data protection authority’s guidance it is exempt from consent. Google Analytics, which does set a cookie, is loaded only after you explicitly accept; if you decline, no Google script is downloaded at all. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and can be changed at any time through the “Cookies” link in the footer, as can your language and theme preferences.
Website audit tool
If you use the website audit, the address you enter is read by a service hosted at Cloudflare, which loads the home page the way a visitor would, and it is sent to Google (PageSpeed Insights) to measure the site’s speed. If the site shows a French company number, it is checked against the public company register (the French State’s Recherche d’entreprises API), which only returns information about the company. The form is protected by the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot check. Your email address, the website address and the audit result are sent to me through Web3Forms so I can contact you about it; they are never sold or passed on, and are deleted at the latest three years after our last exchange. An audit result is cached for one hour, so the same analysis is not run twice. If you request the detailed audit, your name, company and, if you give it, your phone number are sent to me the same way, to carry out the audit and send it to you.
